Papaya failed already

Been trying to play since launch have been unable to even once, I either disconnect straight from login or I get to char screen and disconnect when loading up the map.......... I have seen no support from Papaya on forums at allllllllllll. I'm trying to try out dekaron again but crap like this is exactly why people quit - return for the hell of it and quit again
