I have a problem with Notice/Update on the Launcher

I have a problem with Notice/Update on the launcher the launcher of the new Dekaron can't show Notice/Update also the Launcher give an error Message "Script Error" "Object doesn't support this property or method"
i'm using Windows 7 64-Bit
Any one know how to solve the problem the game works fine but only the Launcher can't show the "Notice/Update Content
