Mob Respawn Time?

I'm trying to complete the quest "Nasal's Magnifier" and it says that I need to kill the Storage Spider. Is there any way to find out when it respawns or what needs to be done for it to spawn? I've been sitting in the same spot for hours waiting for it to spawn, killing everything else that spawns in that room but the storage spider has not spawned once.

    The problem is still there, where is the bloody spider, one thing I the "knowledge spiders" taught me is that this quest needs some work before any player can complete it without issues.
