i dont like some of terms posted by papayaplay on annouecement page

especially i dont like this 1 :

For extreme cases, banning of accounts may be given out without any
warning.

    Well I don't think they are going to do it for no reason. That could open the door for a lawsuit. Besides nexon never gave a warning when u got banned. U didn't know until you logged in or saw it on the ban list. More or less u play the game like its intended without breaking one of the reasonable rules and you will be fine.

    If you look threw there other forum from the shooter game it seems they are very strict with cheaters and ppl associated with cheaters. Time will tell if the ban hammer is to heavy.

    I got no problem with cheaters getting bans, just not sure of guilty by association. Time will tell.

    You have to address and assume extreme cases and reason when it comes to guidelines and moderation. This type of rule / guideline is actually fairly standard but generally won't affect anyone who is not abusing systems for their own gain or the intent of bringing harm to others. :)

    It's similar to an app on a phone which requests access to your pictures. It needs to state this so you are aware, but it doesn't necessarily mean it will go through all your pictures and upload them to the internet. It is likely there to let you know that it is using your profile picture in-game, uses in-app emoji's, saves screenshots etc. 

    Hope this clarifies it more for you. :)

    @[DK]PapayaPlay whos guarantee there wont be ppl banned because someone in staff dislike them, and they will give any reason once your staff dont need show the proof that made them banned?

    Or your staff will show the proofs wich made them banned if they request to?

    That rule is EXTREMELY typical of any and all MMOs. Not just MMOs either, it applies to almost everything genre of online game. Very common.

    I high doubt there will be unjust actions brought against its demographic, remember the player base is what provides their pockets with a few pennies.

    @xHarryMuffx  Guilty by association in the sense of player1 knew player2 was hacking/exploiting (for the arguments sake, vac hacking) and didnt report it but tagged along to gain the bost player2 was getting, that would more than acceptable - such as life, if you knew/witnessed a murder and failed to report it you could be trialed for that ( i forget the term, its late + read the sig :P )
    If its for simply having them on FL, and you get banned then I would agree with you. Only time will tell tho.

    Yeh the FL and just knowing a person was the part I was referring to. Or even doing an master dung run with a bunch of random ppl that we may never have even seen before.

    Actively being a part of any hack/dupe/vac at any part of the process should be ban.

    Okay so.. i would like you to tell us/me that if it ever comes to lets say duped items on some of accs or even on mine acc, that u gonna investigate it triple times if need.

    And what about this : i buying item from a guy. this items is duped but i dont know that , how should i ?
    therefore i dont want be banned for possesion of a duped item, so u ban duper only or also those who didnt know what wep gear part etc they trading ?

    OR DO you want tell me that duping is over like Elanin said few times ? .... :D
