No DK cash received after payment

Hello GMs,
Yesterday i bought DK cash for my main account but I haven't received it in the game.
Please check support ticket ID 9006 sent to the Billing department.
I think the problem is that you had(or still have) connectivity issues.
I'm not writing this post with my main because I don't want my ID(logging username) to be on public display - protecting myself from hacking.
