Getting a download error at 1/10 spot in the patch..repeatedly

    same, kept getting launcher failure then decided to repair and reinstall and now its update fail over and over xD (slowly sips on scotch) im a patient man =P

    i try reinstall client i even delete this folder but still the same.

    Slow this problem

    Open folder with client, then open one file named history in notepad and edit 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 save and run launcher again. (this will skip update 1.2.9)

    this will fix the Download-Error only, but the patch 1.2.9 is missing.

    The  1.2.9 patch must not be important, because the game runs without it. It was probably a change to one of the files and the over written again by a later patch making 1.2.9 patch pointless. Most patches you get are pointless updates that over write the same information. This redundancy is so they don't have to keep re-uploading the client every update. I wouldn't worry about 1.2.9 unless your game is having issues.

    6shadow6 your method doesnt work for me since i cant open it on notepad, and the file name you said, its history.config is an unknown file that i cant open with any program so i dont know how you managed to edit it, but anyways i tried manually adding a 10 into the patch but it just ends up erasing the whole thing, crash and open again and its reverted back to normal.

    try download Notepad++ and open with Notepad++

    manged to open it in notepad, just doestn want to save, keep getting action denied

    copy it on desktop and changet it there. then paste it agian in bin

    turn off launcher edit files save and then run again launcher

    nvm, i just edited my security under properties, works now
