No papaya package recieved

I transfered my account from nexen to papsplay, but i didnt recieve the items. Neither on inventar or mail. Others habing this issue ?

    You're not the only one, 1 out of 2 characters didn't receive a package, except the papaya crystal. Not sure if it's because my main received the package and only 1 character out can receive it if you have multiple characters.

    Well for me 3 chars on that accounf & none recieved the papayapackage

    they said you can get the papaya package only on your high lvl char.

    Well thats not true in certain Ofcurse if you have an Account with idk 5-6 Chars and one of them is for example 190 and the other below lvl 100 the 190 one would get it

    but if you make an account with only 1 char on it that char will recieve it in 3 days

    Weird i recieved it on another acc on the highest char. But on the acc ism actually playing i didnt recieve anything

    I get package (my char have only 80+ Lv.

    Do you check you'r mailbox.

    Have the same issue I have 4 accounts none received this package sent a support ticket no response yet.

    Same here, transferred 3 accounts and NONE of them got it. :(

    i transfer b4 21 and error 600 300 occure i dont get any papaya package

    Hi guys, 

    Please check your highest level character for the Papaya Package. 

    You should be able to find it there.

    I play my highest lvl char on this account i dont play the lower lvl ones i have so its safe to say that i have checked my highest lvl char. I have not received any package only getting a daily crystal in the mail. Please look into this

    All of my transfered chars havnt received this package. Although the new created character on papaya received their packages. Have a look into this please.

    All of my Characters that transfer din't received any package. Im still waiting for it to be given. Plz check if somethings wrong.... I'll wait till tomorrow...

    Sigh...... Until now I didn't received any packages. GMs Plz tell me if I have to wait for days to receive my package. Well if that the case then that make sense because I only transfer my account 3 days ago because of the 32bit problem(tragedy?) that keep me from playing but I already fix it... OK... If that the case then tell me if I will surely get the package even after the event just answer that and I'm fine with it I will just wait

    Well for now let just wait @robesz93 ..... I will wait 1 month for it. If after 1 month and I didn't get anything I will report it to the GMs

    I didn't get anything either. I have a lot of char ranging from lvl 1 to 170++
    not a single one got any rewards. I transferred before the 4th July too.
