After login in the launcher and guard launch, game doesn't appear

Hello,
with the latest update of the game when I login, the guard system appears and after it disappears, nothing appens.
In the task manager, the processes of BlackShot and Guard are active for a little time and after that they disappear.

Neither the icon of the game appears in the taskbar. Nothing.

My operating system is Windows 10. I tried to clean unistall and reinstall BS and run in compatibility mode, but nothing.

    Hello,

    I have Windows 10 and it works great with it.
    It seems like an other program/software forces Blackshot/GameGuard to close (it might be because Blackshot/GameGuard think this program/software is an "illegal program" or something (cheat engine etc...), even if it's not.

    Anyway, try to think when Blackshot stopped working and if you have installed any software in the meantime. It could have caused some issues as I told before. For instance, if Blackshot worked fine, then you downloaded a new software or if a software needed an upgrade. Try to see which one is causing troubles; it might solve your problem.

    I hope this will help you and sorry if I made any mistakes, I'm tired :P

    Mh, there's no log of GameGuard / Blackshot?

    Btw I updated only important programs to develop ( TortoiseGit, Sublime Text ) and other similar, nothing more.
    The game stopped working in one night: the day before I played, then turned off pc and the day after the game stopped working.

    Have you tried deleting the Gameguard folder, thus letting it update itself and download its essential files? A friend of mine experienced an issue similar to yours and it helped him back then.

    If nothing seems to solve the problem, I suggest running BlackShot alone by "killing" all other running processes in the task manager, while skipping the indispensable system processes of course. You may call it a derivative of @MrDeyveeN 's previous post.

    @behowo: This can be related either with your Antivirus our your Firewall.

    Add the Blackshot folder to the exclusion/white list of your Firewall and Antivirus and try to run the game after. Feel free to join us on our Teamspeak at blackshot.teamspeak3.com > waiting for support and we will help you with this.

    After adding it to the exclusion of AVG ( both patcher.exe and the entire folder ) it works.
