Anno Novus and Holloween ring/necklace

GMs can we get the upgrades for these items running again? I've got unfinished business upgrading these accessories and it's hard to spam dungeons without these items. Good for newbies as well since we have new players.

    As far as  I see it it is not currently possible to upgrade it. There is no seed of dreams option, and I don't see tokens for upgrade anywhere.

    The tokes are for who have the old cursed ring "break" it into token and get the new one.

    I also vote to get it back as permanent seed upgrade option, I cant see new players doing PvE dgs (especially karons pot) without such rings. It is non-sense to wait one year everytime you make a new character to get those rings...
