Costume Wings Issue

My Flag of War that o got from the papaya box still does not have any stats, is there any way to fix this ? Ive seen pictures of other players with them and they have stats. So what can i do to fix this ?

I would try submitting a ticket but sadly ive already submitted two about other problems/missing items and have yet to get any response and its been a few days :/ anyone here have advice ?

Maybe GM fix them for me :)  ? I doubt it.

    @iMolly The wings are currently bugged for all classes except azure knight. There is no way you can fix it your self just wait until maintenance :)
