Download Error stops at 1/11

Ive tried to reinstall 5 times and when i launch the game, its updating/patching but when it reaches 1/11 0000004 something it stops and an error pops up, ive had this issue for 3 weeks but the maint didnt seem to fix any of it, please help me its annoying me, how do i fix it

    Download the installer again.

    ye but ive already uninstalled and installed like 5 times, still same issue
