Here is the thing papaya do you think you can reach your dreams and become like blizzard ? or you keep your self like those people begin on the street.
@MondiVG Thanks for sharing another game to check out. It "says something" when the developers from any game can step forward and publicly celebrate their offering(s).
Here where I live (London, Ontario, Canada), the developers of WarFrame had a game convention where players from all over the world gathered to celebrate and find out more about "their game". (Some came from as far away as Japan.) Guildies were able to physically meet, mostly for the first time. The game developers were there to answer any questions from players. And players were allowed to tour the development studios.
It was HUGE FUN, (Some even dressed up in game character costumes.) Can you imagine Dekaron celebrating like this? First, it would be a miracle! Second, it would be amazing!
Game conventions and Cosplays weren't much of a thing yet when Dekaron started. Sadly it never inherited this kind of tradition and when game conventions and cosplays have started to become popular Dekaron was already on a steady decline. It's all too late to start these anyways. If the devs would like to revitalize Dekaron and make it appealing to everyone again and fresh start I suggest they revive the Dekaron 2 project.
Big deal. This year Korean server celebrated 11th Anniversary for Dekaron. and i been playing english version since 2007 so over all might have chance to celebrate something 15th anniversary :D Besides, why you think Papaya, has to reach that same goal as Blizzard. If you had some common senses to make an argument then you would start looking at whos developing game and are the rights even being passed. In Blizzard case Star Craft is their brand game and if im right they holding rights since day 1 so yea congrats on their 15th Anniversary.
But in Papayas case Ubifun Studio literally just got the rights, before that there was a split between main server developing rights and other region servers publishing rights, where regional server licencing rights have been passing over to different owners, like in our english server case, it used to be split in 2 parts EU/USA (Acclaim/Gametribe) then merged in to one serveer GH then we where moved to NEXON up till then none of those companies had direct rights to make client updates as they wish.
