Character not showing

Hello,

I'm familiar with this issue in the past, once I first log in after installing the game I can't see the character. This is resolution based, how do I fix it the resolution of the game? Is through a certain file in the dekaron folder? I forget which one it is. Please help thank you.

    Okay so I figured out how to change my resolution, but my access to do so is denied.

    I went to the bin folder --> option.txt --> then went down to display and tried to change it and save, but my access is denied.

    copy the option.txt to desktop->open the option.txt in desktop-> change the resolution->save-> copy again option.txt in desktop and put it in bin folder.
