Change Skill Slot Hotkey X,Z don't work.

The hotkeys Z or X for me don't work when trying to change between 1st and 2nd skill bar.
tried changing the hotkey to different key, also doesn't work.
Neither do the up and down arrows by the skill bars. Also don't work.

    as you can see. the number two slot is red. thats mean you cant change it. try unlocked it and then click the 2 to turn it blue and locked it agaain

    @ewankosayo : Wow thank you. That was such a simple fix. I never knew you can click on the red to make it blue.
