Making gold bullions

So is it not possible to make gold bullions with dil anymore?

I went to the fat man (forgot his name) and i could only trade 1 bullion for dil but not the other way around?!

    Oh goody, just checked my 2 full chars of bul lol pretty much made me poor and anyone else who doesn't buy dil .. anyone know a good game to switch to?
