problem launcher

General
I'm having trouble accessing the game, of the following bug FATAL ERROR << error >> Can not Create Device (8,876,086th) and when I press ENTER. gives this error the 5034th 20 do not know what it is.

    found this one on a old nexon forum

    The error message '' Can't create device '' occurs when you attempt to launch the game on an higher screen resolution your monitor can support. Go in your \bin folder and open a file named option.txt. Go to the line display, and set the resolution to what your Windows desktop currently is. Save &amp; Quit. Afterwards relaunch the game.
