Problems since « Papaya Play ».

Hi.

I don't know what Papaya Play stand for, but since this appears, I have to re-download the game client. All my parameters were deleted, reseted in fact... I never seen so much freeze in 5 minutes.
After posting that, I will retry, then try the Steam version, and if the Steam version is like before (without freeze/lags or something else) I would ask you to merge my BS account to Steam (600000BP, be sure i won't forget about it).

    Hey,

    First of all, you can't synchronise your Blackshot account with the one on Steam, for now at least...

    Then, the Blackshot Steam version is basically the same than the "old" launcher.
    If you're having some freezes, be sure to clean your computer (defrag+CCleaner for instance); and be sure to have installed those essential softwares to play Blackshot : http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/36/help-essential-software-to-run-blackshot

    Finally, Papaya Play is just a new publisher for the game, like TwoWar was in the past. The game is not affected in any way with this change, it is just graphic changes (banners, website, forum changes).

    Dear GreenAppleFR,

    First of all, my sincere apologies for the late response on your issue. That being said and as MrDeyveeN said, Papaya Play is just a new publisher for the game and the game is not affected in any way with this change, just new banners. 

    If you still have the same issue after you reinstalled the game,     Please make a short video about it , upload it on YouTube or use this website http://tinypic.com/ to upload then give us the link in a support ticket ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us ).
