eSport Official tournament online sugestion

Hi ! I was wondering if it was possible to create a 3v3 clan esport tournament. Qualifying matches will taking place on the map sand storm 2 and the finals on the map office. ONLY BASICS GUNS ARE ALLOWED !!!

Just the AK-47 BLACK , URBAN , RED FROG ect are allowed. Only ALL the AWPs are allowed too.
