2nd password not working

Hi, so yesterday I made an account, I level it to 103 and then I disconnected, it was late so I couldn't bother relogging, but today when I try to log on, I get wrong 2nd password.
I know that I used the correct 2nd password, but it still won't let me in?
Is there any way I can get it on mail or support can answer my ticket or anyone here know how to resolve it?
