Didn't Receive 1k DKC from event

Hey there, I have an account from Nexon that had some characters on it which I transferred, but for some reason they did not receive the free DKC last night. Anyone think they know the reason?

    I deserve it just as much as you. You really going to hold grudge over ban from 2 years ago you know nothing about? Kid. Event says transferred accounts get free coins, which I did. So I do deserve it. You aren't a GM, don't act like one. I'm not talking about my banned account, it is another account.

    I don't  care if you got 1k cash or didn't. But seems to me this company do care, since you abused transfer option to move banned acc. So maybe they add rest of your acc on their  bad kido list xD.

    Well I have never cheated in this game, and left when it was 2 Moons due to DF hackers and then again when it was at that other company due to the exact same thing. No sense in playing when the best part of the game is empty! So I'll give this game one more chance, because it's that fun...

    Anyway, I don't see this mysterious 1K DK either. What am I missing?

    But I have to say, the msising DKC is not on this account, it is on another account.

    I also just transfered, like 10 mins ago... and did not receive the 1000 free dkc.

    Just to note, I was unable to access the dekaron shop without buying dkc first. I was logged in at the time. It might improve sales if the shop is available to see even without buying dkc first, or logging in.
