    @Alii031 No response from anyone, Alii031.  I think it's time to bury the Forums with some MAJOR bitching-n-complaining.  Time to go way beyond QQ-ing.

    I sent a ticket three days ago for something unrelated, and have not received a response. I hope that answers your question in some sense.
