Only One GM? Who Can Resolve Ongoing Problem?

I can only guess if we put in enough complaints that eventually one of the GMs will take notice, give us some feedback, and bring this matter to the Devs to resolve quickly.  It's been over a week since many of us can reasonably get into the game and play.

Is there only one GM?  Are there any of the Devs looking at this matter?  Is there any communcation back to the community? 

I thought Papaya was "bringing Dekaron back to life".  The way they are treating this login problem, it's more like a "death sentence".

Come on guys, give us something....answers, updates, fixes, anything!!!!

    But they are not provinding any information.  Do they have any ideas?  Can they at least give us some feedback regarding the status of the problem?  That would be the decent thing to do.

    I did share that the teams are aware of players still having issues staying connected. I don't have any updates yet, simply why I haven't responded back on the forums yet. Wheels are turning in many places.

    @Olbie2 funchick96 is not ruining the forums, but only reporting and informing those who are having the issue, they are not alone, and the ones who are not that there is a issue happening and needs fixed. if the problem were resolved, me, funchick96 and the any of the others having this, wouldn't be on forums, but be playing happily on the game like before. I have never been on forums so much in all of my involvement with this game since 07 because i keep hoping for an answer. We are not trying to "ruin" the forums for everyone else, but only to be heard. If i have learned anything with this, if you keep reporting it will get resolved ^^

    But there is no need to create 4-5 topics of the same problem.

    You just need patience. Just wait. Plenty of others things you could be doing instead of complaining.

    There are other problems with game not just yours.

    @0lbie2 I think if you are speaking of other problems such as dshop not closing after opening, HM npc missing, anything along those lines are "problems" yes they are, but atleast the ones able to stay ingame and don't get kicked and if they randomly disconnect and just log back in a snap, I don't find those very relevant. atleast if your in game you can occupy yourself until the errors are fixed, where as if you cant even get back on is a bigger deal. Im not trying to complain or be argumentative, just want others to see the view of this problem and papaya to know how we feel because it is frustrating.

    @ewankosayo I appreciate the kind response unlike 0lbie2 who only tells us we complain xD im not trying to give Gm's or papaya a hard time, I just want them to see/hear how we feel and have hope in them that they can fix this just please do it sooner then later ^^

    I'm speaking about every problem, reports from lots of other players. Do you know how many problems the game has, tickets need be sent from each account with problem, times that by average 10 accounts each player if all has same problem we talking hundreds of tickets to go through.

    More we try get info, the more time they are wasting at what they can do cause people can't wait and need answers asap.

    You will get a response once they figure the problem out and then fix it.

    We know you and others have been waiting a while to play and I'm sure they not ignoring you. They are just busy with a lot of problems including yours.

    @0lbie2 now that reply sounded much more understanding of you ^^ thank you but I would think it be more sense to get everyone back in the game and then resolve the errors inside the game right? I mean I am glad to see they finally posted a notice on the unauthorized password issue some were having, because they are like us, they couldn't get in the game. I understand too its only been 7 days since the launch but there have been 2 maints since then, even an emergency maint was thrown in and did not fix it. if we didn't keep posting about it, papaya would either 1. assume it was on our end and fixed it. 2. figured we stopped trying or 3. like you said, they have so many other issues, if we stopped posting on this problem, it would be easy to leave their minds as it happens to all of us when we get busy. out of sight out of mind ^^ so we just really really ask you papaya fix this.

    and just like you I couldn't get in game. until 3-4 days later. I was patient and waited just like you need to.

    ask once is fine but creating multiple threads/spamming for answers is not.

    its fixed when it is fixed.

    nothing else you can do about it.
