Disconnected from Server

I'm getting the infamous "disconnected from server" issue, both with a migrated account AND a completely new account. Unlike most of the posts I have seen, I have never made it to 2nd password, character selection, or anything. Immediately upon entering my correct login info, I receive the "disconnected from server" error and it never logs in. 

Has anyone found a fix for this? Admin/GMs, can you post a sticky in regards to this issue or something? I've already submitted a ticket from both accounts I had issues with and haven't received a reply on either.

    yeah, there are many of us either getting the kicked back to login part and then says "reconnecting may take up to 5 minutes" then "disconnected from server" or some like you cant even make it to 2nd password, or disconnect right after getting into the game, all =constantly trying to log back in after 20-30 minutes or 1-2 hours. All we can do is keep posting and sending in reports till it is fixed. I know they say they are aware of it but if we stop they will just assume the problem is resolved. I have sent in 3 messages since the first day and not even a word back on it. im not trying to be difficult or give them a hard time, I just hope in expressing the issue it will get fixed.

    I've seen lots of the "Disconnected" postings.  I wonder if it has anything to do with going from 4 to 2 channels (initially)?  Or some other sort of Server overload?  Just a thought.

    Whoever guesses the "Right Answer" should get a HUGE REWARD...lol!!

    same here! i think its due to the server overload =)
