freezing, crashing and high ms spikes

I would like to report the following problems that I've experienced lately.

My game likes to freeze a lot and crash right after. Couple of times this happened: I went afk for 5 min and came back and the screen was frozen and once I clicked it, it crashed.

Today I opened dshop and tried to buy item from it and the game bugged so only thing that worked was chat window which was open. Couldn't talk even in normal chat. Couldn't close the dshop. What I could do was to move the items in and out from my dshop buying area but couldn't close the shop. Only way out was to close game in a wrong way.

Today 30.6.2016 the server been really laggy. Usually I have 120 stable ms, but today it have been jumping up to 800 and back to normal.

I've waited now 10-15 minutes since it crashed and it still says "try again in 5 minutes" which usually works if I wait this long, but not now.

Just so you are aware of these problems. I'm not the only one with them. And if there is some kind of fix for the crashing, please let me know about it.

Using windows 10 btw. Using pretty good computer. Using NVIDIA.
