  I'm not sure they are blocking IP's, seems more likely that your ISP would block it. You can always try using a DNS server and go that method. Good luck, hope you get it running.

  I need to correct myself here a bit. I am sorry when i wrote this from the first response I was in a rush. I did NOT mean DNS I meant VPN. 

  
  

  This is a rough guide but for the most part it is very VERY simple.

  
  

  1. Go -----> HERE <-----  and download the VPN Client + VPN Client Plugin

  
  

  
  

  
  

  
  

  2. Install and launch the software.

  3. Once your done you will see a screen with a bunch of servers.

  
  

  
  

  
  

  4. You will want to find a server close to the area the game is in or for. 

  5. Clink on Connect to the VPN Server   ** if it asks you to install the VPN Client Adapter click OK **

  6. Give it a minute to make sure it connects.

  7. Test it by opening up a webpage and going to whatismyip. You will notice your IP is from a different region.

  8. Launch the game and play

  9. If you want, once you are LOGGED INTO the game go back to the VPN Manager right click on the server your connected to and click Disconnect. You should only need the VPN to log into the game.
