Char missing

I created this account today like 2-3 hours ago and started to play with my seg
after i logged out for like 10 min i wasnt able to reconnect and now i had to enter a new secound password and also the segnale is gone i was just around level 70 but still sucks ^^
so segnale just lost or maybe it will come back to the account ?

Nvm relogged and now its there
