Didn't recived papaya wings/arm/belt

Hello guys I didn't recived mail with new things... Belt Armlet wings... On every highest chars.... I sent tickets 4days ago but it seems support isn't interested... Still no reply so I'm trying here... Som1 have same problem?

    If you made the migration "BEFORE" the papaya service started you'll get those items including the 1000 dkcoins.
