Big trades

Im an oldschool dekaron player.
Back in the day there werent these big trades over 1bill cash. (or extremely rarely)

but right now, 1bill looks like nothing, ulti weapns go for 10bill or something (not exactly sure)
Im now on my way to my first ulti wep, have about 3b spread over accounts.

What im wondering is, how do ppl trade over 1bill?
Since you cant have over 1bill (i believe?), and i presume they dont use trust trades...

    in ardeca u have NPC named Sinan u change 100m there in to 1 platinum bullion and they stack up to 10 , thanks to that u make big trades , you can change it back to dil later if u need

    @Perks0511 When your looking at the Ardeca map, the NPC is a big fat dude on the lower left of the map.  Sorry, I can't remember his name, can't login to the game right now.  But he's just before the short stairway on the right before you go up to the area where you can get into the Miteras map.  Essentially, look at the NPCs in the lower left of the Ardeca map.
