    So, the reply from support was to send them a video of the issue (?)
    Does anyone else have this bug and did anyone have it solved?

    well this will make 3 months I have been trying to get mine back because they put 2 accounts together and gave me the 2nd account shared page which is useless junk for future char use lol and how are you going to show a video when it was done on transfer sever? least that were mind was done so 2 weeks ago they ask me to send a list and I not heard a thing from them. so gl on your end
