  If what MrDeyveeN suggested, doesnt work, then i guess, format your computer (if you're that desperate to play). Although, i am curious to see how some pros will react when they see Rayne gone :D

  Can you please send us a support ticket with a short video about it , upload it on YouTube or use this website http://tinypic.com/ to upload then give us the link. You can also take a screenshot of the error/message you get then upload it using this website http://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://www.zippyshare.com/ , copy the first link and paste it in a support ticket , afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.
