D-Shop is still totally bugged?

General
Either you can not open it, or the trading takes place wholly or partly not at all.
Mostly, I have found, get the shop put nothing in the inventory because the inventory is bugged.
And now and then I get the message, the store can not be opened on the test server.

    when I open it its fine but when I purchase something it wont close so I have to log out by clicking the menu and then character in hopes it wont kick me back to log in but it does all the time. so I wont even try to purchase anything at this time until it is fixed

    its bug when you try to buy two or more items. so buy it one by one.

    I just buy then relog everytime. just easier :p

    i do is buy one close the d-shop and do it again.
