[Issue] Re-connecting bug

My character has been stuck permanently in game without showing up on FL lists. Its been 36 hours now.
I try to conenct to game, on the rare occassion i get passed the id/1st pw and enter my 2nd pw, I receive the message "re-connecting this may take 5minutes" pop up for less than 10 seconds before it reverts back to the login screen.

I've since submitted a ticket but its been 36 hours (not expecting to be replied to ina  few hours) of which my drop ammy has been wasted.

    SOMETIMES, when that happened when Nexon was the provider, you'd have to wait for a Maint cycle.  Probably the same way with Papaya.  Not sure why it happens....it's like you're electronic player is still there, even though YOU are not.

    The humorous part is, you can start a new player, and go in and "see" yourself (your other player) "standing there"....wherever you left him/her.  (Gives me the shudders...lmao!)

    Did it really happen with NX?

    Its a joke to wait 3-4days (on top for the 2-3days already waited) for this to be sorted out imo.

    I know theres alot of stuff happening with the team but to wait 1/3 of my ammy time just to play doesnt seem worth me spending anythin more in the game

    I don't ever remember it happening with nexon. gamehi yes. I do remember if I dced rarely on nexon I would try logging back in, and the 5 minute error would pop up but then take you right directly to 2nd password. they need to fix to change something where their system runs through every location or computer system, something in the program is rejecting some and not all. send in a report.

    Have done, was the first thing i did - posted on here thinking they would be more active on forums but i guess not.

    approaching day 4 now. Still no reply.....
