130 fanvil wings to 170?

Like the title says I got the 130 Fanvil wings in game and I saw that they can be upgraded to 170 I believe.
Can some please tell or help out and point me in the right direction on how to do this. I tried asking several High lvls in game but all I got was a bunch of name calling like NOOB,I guess because I told them I am new. If I knew how to upgrade them I would not ask anyone about how to upgrade in the first place. So I thought I would give it one more try and ask here on the 4ums and maybe get an actual response to my simple question . I thought that high lvl's were helpful people and would not mind helping new players like me in game. Well anyways I want to Thank In Advance whoever has a response or multiple responses to my simple question. Thanks again and happy Gaming .

    Sorry....I don't know the answer.  But I wanted to apologize for the ignorance and rudeness of some of the players in the game.  I don't know why they chose to be that way...perhaps they are just "adult children"??

    There are some longtime players on the Forums whom I'm sure will give you an answer.  MateaB1 is a good player...should know the answer.  And Pokerface also would likely help.  If no one else responds to your thread, try pm-ing them.

    Never heard of such an upgrade being in game. These wings can drop on different levels (90, 130, 170) but I'm pretty sure there is no way to upgrade one to another except for trading with players.

    you need a bunch of ingrediants to make them. soaring powder some other stone and blood something. go to the npc between mailbox east and carmen. i forgot the name.
