Holy shit Papaya support sucks

General
5 days they haven't answered me, and all I requested was a second password reset, even gave them all info. All my items that have timers on the running out and I can't level for event.

    You do know that you're not the only one playing this game right? I received an answer after a week on mine and I consider that as a good support since that time they have about gazillions of tickets. Just hold on tight and wait. No need to QQ about it.

    I can appreciate this player's frustration though, when you have timed items that are running out....especially if you bought them.

    Papaya needs to setup a "triage" for problems. (Sorry...I work as a nurse...couldn't resist....lol!)

    I find it kinda weird how someone can fail x5 times on a password he just choose! :P

    Easy to fail. Because of a lag, when you click on a number, systems registers it 2x, 3x or even more... If you have a long 2nd password, it's hard to notice that you have 1 black dot extra. After 3rd try, you start to doubt that you have the right password, so you try an old one or some other combination, not being aware that it's a lag thats getting to you...

    @MateaB1 Even with lag you can still count how many numbers you added by counting the * :)

    Nah, I got dced and once I logged in again my second password wouldn't work. Im 100% sure it is what I entered. I got all the info for the account, apart from second password atm.
