Char miss

Hi, i transfer my char before nexon down, now just login and no any char on my acc....
Any idea?

    I had the same problem with one of my accounts.  You're best to submit a support ticket ASAP.  I submitted a tickket myself for that problem, but they made the wrong assumption in their reply...they thought the account hadn't transferred.  So I re-submitted the ticket.  Still waiting for an answer.

    One concern I have about the "lost players" thing...when the transfers were first completed (June 22nd?), I saw another date reference - July 4th - from Papaya to have all transfer issues noted with them by then.  I forget the details, I just remember seeing that announced somewhere as a "key date".  I'm wondering if that date will be indefinitely postponed for now, given all the transfer issues (and other connection issues)?

    GMs answer if possible?

    Transfer again and u will get them back. I had this problem too. Transfered on Jun 16th and no chars on Jun 21th at start. I wrote a ticket and i got this answer and its worked. Transfer again. Maybe u can get an "invalid authorization key" message when u will log in but after it if u will change ur password u can log in few hours later.

    @Marketeer When you re-did your transfer, did you have to delete your Papaya account first?  When I try to re-migrate, I get error messages saying "User ID already registered".  I tried a few different things, like setting up a new e-mail address, and changing passwords on my Papaya account.  But none of that seemed to help...just got other error messages.

    My sense is that I'm just not quite following all the necessary steps to make this work ok, and get back my missing characters.

    Error message at re-transfer is not problem. U can use ur 1st made papaya acc.
    Just launch the game and if u will get the "invalid authorization key" error msg just change ur password with standard characters ("abcdefgh") and w8 few hours.
    After it u will can log in and u will see ur chars.

    P.S.:

    If u can play ofc u can set back ur main password.

    Ok, this is a bit of a lame question but....once I get a "dc'd" login screen, is that window totally useless?  Or can I re-use it latter without running the mini-launcher?  I've had some weird experiences with it personally.  I will get the "dc'd" login screen from attempting to go into one account, and yet have used that SAME SCREEN to get into a different account, and it works.  However, if I try to login to the same account repeatedly after getting the dc'd screen, it never (re-)works right away.  I have been just killing the login window screen and re-launching from scratch.

    But I'm thinking, after a few hours, maybe that dc'd screen will work again for the same account?
