How to reset 2nd password please i got a problem !

  Did you use up all of your password login atteempts?  If not, I think there's a tab for "Change Password" when you're asked to enter your second p/w.  (The tab is right at the bottom of the p/w entry rectangle.)

  yes but if i dont know the current password i cant change password

  I'm confused, you have this is 2 different threads, so you moved your account over, you made a second password and you forgot it already?. On every account I moved over I have to make and then enter a second password. 

  How does one forget something they just put in three seconds after making it?. 

  Sounds more like you may have hit the wrong key next to what you wanted, (which I have done a few times). 

  Just send in a ticket, they will ask you to verify you own the account and they can reset it. Just be patient, it will take more than a few hours or even a few days to get a reply. People have to remember, this is a F2P game, with limited staff. 

  This isn't like Diablo 3, where you have a live support agent you can get within a few minutes. 

  I had an issue with one of my accounts and I waited 8 days to get it resolved.
