Free shining golden frog bugged?

this golden frog i bugged says has same stats as the gold fish one, supposed to heal you up 5.5k hp, and give you 2k hp+mp regen but its only giving me the 2k regen and not the 5.5k hp.

 Anyone else having this problem?

    Because it's not supposed to give you 5.5k hp, it's supposed to give you 5.5k mana, The regen stat is the same for both. 

    The description is wrong.
