Game launch

Still having problems with the launcher. Have to re-instal the game everytime i want to start playing. Is this such a hard problem to solve or what are they doing? anyone has any answer?

    Don't have the answer, but also have that problem.  I have a hunch it's tied in with the dc'ing problems.  The only thing we've heard from Gismo is "they are aware of the [dc'ing] problem". That was about 10 days ago, still no resolution.
