Cannot Connect to the Server

any one know how to fix this ???

    Usually after dc/alt F4 etc you need to wait 5-10 minutes than you can log back in or there may be server crash but usually when it happens you can see people flaming on forum so my solution is go make some meal drink something nice, go to toilet and try to connect again.
