Transfer packages where?

General
So I transferred all my accounts from nexon to papaya and even went ingame on each of them... but I have yet to receive the papaya belt/armlet and all the other stuff...

I did the transfer yesterday (July 3rd) several hours before midnight according to CET, so technically I should still be able to get all those things.

So yeah.. 
What am I missing here?
I did not get any of those things by mail (I did get some blue shards to upgrade the belt/armlet but I did NOT get the belt/armlet itself)...

Anyone else not getting the transfer package??
How long does it take to actually get those things? 24h? 48?

    I transferred like 2 weeks ago and i didnt receive any of that stuff either. I put in a ticket to papaya but no reply yet.

    I put ticket in about a week ago, I had package and wings yesterday in mail ^^

    Should we automatically submit a ticket to get packages, even if we have rarely gotten into the game since the transfer?  I got in once with one player, on one account since the transfer.  (I have the "Standard Login Problem" that so many are having...but I've submitted tickets for all of that.)  So I have no idea what's in any of my character's mail boxes or on my other 4 accounts.

    I actually got a package on most of my accounts. I didn't even have to submit a ticket.
    It appears to me they send the package only to the highest lvl on each account.
