    the only response I have gotten from them very recently was a question on their dshop items. I was hoping it would be on the dc/login issue.

    I received another reply from them this evening, all they are saying to me is they are investigating the issue and to not force the game shut (which I am not and I know many others are not doing this to cause the issue) I responded back to them explaining the details again and sent the same screenshots to them I did the first 2 times. I have a bad feeling on this that they are not going to find the issue when they believe at this point it is because players are "forcing" the game shut", whether forced shut or not it should not be having this issue.
