A generation of complainers

No wonder Nexon gave up Dekaron they got tired of the constant 24 7 complaining. vertigo hasn't had the game a whole month and the forum is constantly spammed with QQ... all day every day... Support sucks this... fix that... When you gonna this.... Blah blah blah on and on... They don't have a team of 100 people on standby 24 7 to answer all your zillion questions and complaints in an instant.. especially since 90% of them are duplicates....no matter what they try yall complain anyway.... Free coins.... Complain... No free coins complain.... Game bugs... Complain.... Everything.... Write down your issue and leave it be...

End rant......

    Annnnnnnddddddd....... look at you, complaining about people who complains hahaha, endless rant. just leave them be. They're not asking you to read their complains nor your opinion so if you don't want to see complains leave the forum.

    I think the reason the complaints are so redundant and incessant is that essential problems are not being resolved in a timely fashion.  I know many (including myself) are frequently unable to get into the game, or get dc'd quickly.   And this has been an ongoing problem since Papaya took over....two weeks ago.

    While I can appreciate that there were (and are) many issues to be resolved with the game in general, the ability of people to be able to login and play the game in an assuredly "stable" manner should be theiir number 1 priority.  And THAT shouldn't take 14 days plus to resolve.  This increasingly reflects on the competency (or incompetency) of the team maintaining the game.

    Once they resolve the connection issues, you'll see the QQ-ing drop drastically.

    @shinratensi9 are u new to dekaron? if not, its the same "competent but too small" team as before so ofc its the same complaints as before, what did u expect?

    @NZX005 dude business as usual, complainers who complain about other complainers complaints :D

    People been complaining all the time, during Acclaim, GH, NEXON. Did you really expect that anything will change  when Vertigo takes over?? Hell no. In Vertigo place i would ignore most of that and better take time and follow those few players who throwing  free ideas to make game better.

    I agree with @Pappyplay. I think the posts as you call "complaints" as you see them but to us who are experiencing the login/dc issue isnt a complain but to keep reporting in hope something will be done and not tellus its something on our end. Not that this is a good example but when i would report issues to acclaim, and waited and waited after 1 report, nothing was done because then other problems came up that they went to instead, "out of sight, out of mind." The DEVS dont play this game so in order for them to "know" is to post and report, the whole point of forums, and for those that look at it as "complaints", just keep moving down the forum and ignore them, you dont have to read something that isnt something you are having a issue with. the whole point of the forum is to report and help others. Otherwise why is there a forum? I think if any of the "complaints" that you call them, the dc/login or those who cant even log on is a pretty relevant "complaint". I think they did a good job fixing the guild issue but their first task should of been to get "everyone" back on the game and then deal with inside game issues. as I have said this on all my posts, if they would fix the issue, you would not be seeing these "complaints" because me and those players would be occupied having fun on the game as we were doing before the transfer.

    While I agree that there are a lot of complaints, it is fair to say there's a reason for them. People are entitled to complain, even if this is a free-to-play game. People should do so in a more orderly fashioned way than what is the current state of affairs.
    By this I mean people should NOT make new threads on the same issue, but rather comment on current, already made threads to not spam/bump the issue.

    I am not one to complain, but I do have suggestions (besides the immediate issues currently existing), on how the game could/should be improved upon. And ain't nobody telling me how I am not entitled to come with suggestions, quality of life improvements, and overall experience improvements to be made.

    No, it's not human nature to complain.  It's certain people's nature but certainly not all of us.  Some people understand what it takes to make a big transition like this.  Other don't.  Those who understand, submit a ticket (ONE) and have some patience.  Those who lack patience, will constantly submit tickets and thus adding to the support staffs load.  Oh, and then come here an complain because here is the place it's going to get fixed.....................................

    I don't want to stir arguments but like someone said the one who made this post is complaining about the "complainers". so your complaining that others "complain" isn't that contradicting? and we have all sent in tickets. I sent a ticket in the day of first launch. I have played since 07 through each transfer, always delt with the bugs/errors, ect. I never got on the forums until papaya(more then I ever wanted). I would deal with most problems ingame but when I cant even change server or log on in a snap, it is a problem to me. through 4 transfers and this is first time ive had this issue. Im a patient person but as most of us agree on, the first priority should of been them fixing the program so everyone is on game.

    You all told us to stop posting, reporting "complaining" and this is the outcome after 4 hours of maint and not to mention the 4th maint since the launch "Any player who experiences a disconnect at the character select screen when clicking the connect button please send your account name and the character's name to the Help Desk. We will work on your issue on an account by account basis." do you know how many people are having this issue? I really cant believe that this is what they came up with after 2 weeks. We all know its a program issue. everyone who did not have this issue with nexon is now experiencing this problem.

    @elite5000 that is pure bs... I work with people and all they complain about even minor things... All people with a bit of brain tissue will try to fight and complain if it is about them/things they are interested in/things that involve them.  It's just that some people instead of closing eyes keep them opened and don't have attitude: "I don't give a $h1t". Giving pressure to company that is already including not working D-Shop items seems good deal to me instead of just waiting and doing nothing.

    Awww, they say us Canadians are so apathetic and don't do anything to change things.  But, hey, what are you gonna do, eh??  (Humor fully intended...lmao!)

    But that said, I still can't log in.  

    Maybe they can start a new "Deka Game"?  Like every time you try to log in but fail, you get $10 in Game Cash added to your player. Papaya will fix the game FAST then!!  lol!

    @Jamdarius Sounds to me like you work with the subject line then.  In WWII, we had 18-20 yr olds storming the beach at Normandy.  Now we have that that same age group needing counseling at a college campus because someone put up Trump posters on campus.  Having an interest in or involvement in something you care about, doesn't mean you should be a whiny little spoiled brat and constantly complain.  And I never said you shouldn't do nothing.  Submit a ticket and work on developing some patience and understanding what a huge transition this is.  If you can't see that things are being resolved given time, I don't know what to tell you.  Also, keep in mind that Papayaplay is hosting the game, not the developers.  The developers are the same group that Nexon got their updates from....................
