Very low fps on Geforce 960 GTX

Can anyone help me? Got really low fps in Dekaron with my videocad, how to fix it?  Dont have any problems in any other games.

    Just found the fix

    Unistal dekaron  next reboot PC and delete the rest of folder in program data

    After you do that right click on the instal exe and change with vista compatibility mode witout service pack then instal   i think it will be right.

    Are you in town when you have the low FPS? or is it any place?.
    In town I have low 50's and 60's but out in a map I am fine. In town will always be a lower FPS because of all the people cluttered together in one map. 

    I was a little shocked myself when first loaded up and saw that my FPS was sitting around the 5-'s lol. I may not have the best PC but it's better than that lol.
