Disconnection/Force Close

I recently installed Blackshot Mercenaries in my pc for test and to play with my friend but i have a issue when i playing on a match game freeze up disconnect and close it without no error message i dont have any cheat installed so i dont know what is the problem i downloaded from steam it takes about 10 minutes i think untill happen this i cant give a photo because goes to fast.

    Dear QuantumForce,

    First of all, my apologies for the late answer to your issue. Please make sure that you have the programs mentioned in this Topic > http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/36/help-essential-software-to-run-blackshot < installed and updated on your PC as they're important and necessary to run Blackshot.

    If it still doesn't work after installing those programs. We advise you to perform a clean reinstallation to your Blackshot and install some programs that can help you with this issue by following the steps mentioned in this Topic > http://forum.blackshot.com/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=17423 <. If you have a problem following these steps , please join our Discord server [ https://discordapp.com/invite/0xbhDjsOK2pvy5s8 ] , go to channel '' Waiting for support '' , and a GM will help you with it.
