MASSIVE PING SPIKE

As if Dcing from certain places was not enough, now im getting massive ping spikes on random places.

Treasure of crespo starting point, Ruined castle Deadlands, North Castle Deadlands, Doomed Maze Secret Library, this places causes massive ping spike for me for no apparent reason, now we add South castle Deadlands on the list, game is unplayabble for me atm.
