Can i play Dekaron on Windows7 32-bit? The file DekaronOnline_Full_Setup_20160620.exe even doesn't want to launch.

    1. Make sure you have the 32bit exe downloaded. 
    2. Try running as admin.
    I have this running on my sons PC and he is on Win7 32bit. Hope you get it going.

    It's right on the main page. Both of the installers are right in the Download button.
