ENTERED PASSWORD 5X

I got disconnected and suddenly, its reconnecting and said wait for 5mins. ive waited and try to login my account then it show the screen that i entered wrong password 5x. please help me.. i also submit my request support. thanks you!

    It's a common issue going on right now. All you can do is wait and see what support has to say. Also, you may be able to try again if you wait for the next day. See if you still get the same error.

    Make sure you wait a FULL 5 minutes before you try to log in again. Every time you try to log in without waiting for the 5 minutes, it DCs again for the 5 minutes. This is the only advice I have for you though, so if it doesn't work, sorry xD

    Dude, the thing is they already asked for the information to reset my 2nd password and i submitted already now its 2 days they still didn't reset it..

    Guess I didnt read the O P close enough. Good luck getting help with your issue. I am still 1 of the many sitting here waiting for the DC at login issue to be fixed xD

    Sorry you still haven't gotten the help or got into the game. I know it's a long shot but, try uninstalling and then reinstalling. Luckily this game only takes a minute or two in install.



    The DC issues is definitely an odd one. I don't know if it was just bad luck or what but, I had one account that would always DC and my other was fine. Been sitting in shop for two days now. It's like a hit or miss.

    @Cynnister still the same password need to be reset and its now 4days omg still no response.. :(

    I know it sucks, it took 12 days for me to get a response as well. Just wait it out and they will get to you. you have to remember, it's not like they have hundreds of employees doing all these support tickets. Each ticket has to be looked into, then a fix and or a decision and THEN you get your response.
