Well, asssuming Papaya's "Dekaron tickets" started at #1, the last ticket I submitted was almost #7,000.  Even the first ticket I submitted (a few days after the transfer) was #3,950.  And I have NOT had responses from either of those.  So I wouldn't "hold my breath" if I were you.

Yeah, people really clog up the system by submitting stupid tickets. Honestly I think you shouldn't submit a ticket unless you really need to. The forums are a good place to find answers and even report things because they arent too big and the gms read them.. I think I have only submitted... 2, maybe 3 tickets in 5 years.

The "disconnect" problem has caused many to submit tickets....and according to the last Maint announcement, Papaya is asking ppl to do that if they're still having connection problems.  ("We'll solve each case one by one" so they say...lol!)

I think that whole issue has many confused what to do appropriately to help resolve the problem(s).  I'm included in that mess.  Haven't been able to play the game except one short period since day one.

@motavia thank you, I'm glad you pointed that out, the fact the forums should be used for reports as well, since we have so many that tell us not to make posts on very relevant reasons to report on such as the disconnecting at login issue would be one of them. ^^

You are 100% correct!. People have the smallest issue and they put a ticket it. I get how frustrating it can be to NOT have your game to play so you get upset. But, people have to learn how to use a forum and self help once and a while. I can only imagine how many support tickets Papaya got saying "I can't log in" or "Where's my 32bit client"
Sometimes you just gotta sit back read, and say.."Hey, look at that. Someone else with the same issue as me. I guess I will give it a few days and see what happens" lol.

@Cynnister You also have to acknowledge Papaya's "scrambling" for login solutions.  In the last Maint message, they requested everyone still with connect problems to submit a ticket.  So, in spite of the fact that many players had already submitted tickets, it was Papaya that requested additional ticket submissions.

It's beyond a frustration issue.  Many of us simply don't know what to do for the best to help resolve the problem.  We (I'm generalizing) are simply trying to supply them with as much information as we can to resolve the problems.  But it seems like they have reached the limits of their abilities to resolve this.  Surely you can understand this.  (I've seen from previous posts that you seem to have more extensive technological abilities.)

So, yes, the tickets mount, and people continue to get more exacerbated. But seriously, more than 2 weeks to resolve connection issues??  Maybe it's time they called in some "professional help".

I dont think they are outnumbered . I did send an wrong ticket about a char deleted , then they imediatly responde back about how i rate them...
