Hi, so recently every-time i try to click " submit a ticket" it will log me out of the website. I usually use Firefox and i tried with google chrome it did the same thing. Any useful comments would be highly appreciated.

    That's the first I've heard of that problem, but will say there appear to be lots of new little gliches it seems since the last Maint, even with the Forums.

    That's weird. Have you cleared your cookies, history and temp files?. See if that helps at all. Other than that, how many tickets have you sent in?
    I'm only asking because "maybe" they are blocking you from sending any more if you have flooded them with ticket after ticket lol. Again, that is just a bog MAYBE lol.

    i don't spam tickets, blackshot forums community don't answer as fast either way and it's the same issue

    It happens from time to time on every popular browser (tried out 5 of them) and it goes away after some time for no reason either. The other day couldn't send a ticket for an hour and I did try everything (restarting, cookie erasing, browser changing, etc.), so I gave up. Two hours later, problem was gone!
    Also, it happened few times, I thought I was logged on one account (it was clearly shown on top of the screen) and after I submitted a ticket, got response that I actually did it on other, previously logged account! A third issue: when I press sign-in, a little drop-down frame shows where I can enter ID & password, but when I do that, it ignores it and transfers me to another (full) page, where I have to do it again. I believe it's all part of the same problem and that careful revising of portal page connecting, cookies and ss protocols is needed. I am afraid of logging in with my playing accounts, so I will NOT do that until problems are solved (btw, I made this separate forum account as a precaution).

    i still have this bug / glitch when i still click submit a ticket it will say sign in it doesn't bring me to another page or another webpage it's something to do with the website because i completely restore my computer and it did the same thing the day before i restored it. this bug / glitch appeared sometime at the ending of June.

    Well I don't know if this was mentioned but I just now tried to sign in on another account to check my ticket for sending in my account info for the login error. if I click "check activitys" it says im logged out, but my forum account is not doing that.

    Someone has been busy over the weekend... Half of the glitches I mentioned in previous post are gone, didn't check the rest, but I am glad that our voice is heard and they have been working on it.

    If I log in on my forum account on the forum page, it still redirects me, after logging in, but... the issue of having to log in a second time is gone.   I don't like that redirect thing tho :/

    @Rhaellas

    I agree, they are slowly making some progress it's just taking a lot of time. I do not like the redirect issue myself, really no need for it.
