Blackshot Support log out

Hi, so recently every time i try to click "submit a ticket" it will log me out of the website. I usually use firefox and i tried it with google chrome it did the same thing. Any useful comments would be highly appreciated thank you.

    Hey,

    You should clean your "registered password" from your browser (settings).

    Then, be sure to connect to the following website : https://blackshot.papayaplay.com/blackshot.do

    Log in, click on "Remember me" or the similar option that allows your browser to remember the password, then click on the "Support" button on the top right corner.

    If it doesn't fix the problem, you could record the problem and share the video here.
